I graduated from Carrington College in June 2013 earning the President's Award, Perfect Attendance & 4.0 GPA with a prior certification from CAMTC.

I am very versatile in my massages ranging from Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Sports, Spa, Lymphatic Drainage, Chair, Reflexology, Pregnancy, and Reiki Level 1 & 2. My love for education is constantly expanding with a long term goal of becoming a fitness cross trainer & holistic practitioner.

The treatments may also include herbal remedies, nutritional supplements & lifestyle coaching to enhance the overall speed & effectiveness of the recovery process. Each of these options will be explained & discussed with the client on an "as needed" basis. Patient education & empowerment is a major goal of my practice & patients are encouraged to ask questions & contribute their energies to their personal healing process.

I will be enhancing my education to include more techniques that will enable me to help anyone from the average person with everyday ailments, to the sports minded individual looking to relax between athletic events. My patients range from children to the elderly for treatments that are nurturing & rejuvenating, so that you leave feeling & knowing your body is harmonized with clarified mind & purposeful spirits.

I created The Wellness Spot first location in Columbus, TX & have left it in the hands of other great therapists. I just moved to the Colorado Springs area to open new shops & have a few locations to choose from for your convenience.
